Can I tell you about ...Elle.com? Yesterday was just like any other day. I sat on my desk, had my coffee and logged on to the numerous websites and blogs I check out on a daily basis when lo and behold: I see my bag on Elle.com's front page in the Style Scout section! You can just imagine how thrilled I was. I click on it and there is a feature of my next Fall collection. I know it's a little early to be thinking of Fall while we're still waiting for Spring but hey, this is fashion. Life is on fast forward... forever.
Cheryl Locke, Elle's adorable and statuesque beauty, fashion editor and the Style Scout, dropped by my showroom a few weeks ago to preview Fall 2007 and took some pictures. I was hoping of course that those photos would end up where they are now. but you can't really assume these things.
Within hours I was swamped with emails from fellow designers and friends about the feature. It turns out I'm not the only one who reads Elle.com daily. Its a small, small cyber world we live in.

on a side note, 'no regrets' is a korean gay love story. it's about a rich guy who is in the closet who falls in love with an poor former orphan who works at a gay bar. it's actually a very well made movie, i'd recommend it to anyone.

i think you can find it in Chinatown though, someone told me they bought it for like $6 and it had subtitles and everything.
